In support of the Department of Education’s Early Registration initiative, Dr. Victoria B. Roman Memorial High School provides this formal advisory and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to guide parents/guardians and prospective learners.

Early Registration Period: January 31 – February 27, 2026

Coverage

Early Registration covers learners who will enter the following grade levels for School Year 2026–2027:

• Kindergarten
• Grade 1
• Grade 7
• Grade 11

DVBRMHS Advisory: Parents/guardians are encouraged to register early to support accurate planning for staffing, classrooms, learning resources, and other operational requirements for the incoming school year.

Below are the official FAQs for Early Registration SY 2026–2027.

1. Kailan magsisimula ang early registration para sa mga pampublikong paaralan?

Sisumulan ang early registration para sa mga pampublikong paaralan mula Enero 31, 2026 hanggang Pebrero 27, 2026.

2. Sino-sino ang mga dapat magpatala para sa early registration?

Dapat ipatala sa early registration ang mga mag-aaral na papasok sa Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, at 11 para sa School Year 2026–2027.

3. Bakit mahalaga ang early registration?

Makakatulong ang early registration upang malaman ng mga paaralan ang bilang ng mga inaasahang mag-aaral sa darating na pasukan at maplano kung sapat ang kanilang resources.

4. Paano magpatala para sa early registration?

Maaaring pumunta ang magulang o guardian sa paaralan upang maipatala sa early registration ang mag-aaral.

Sagutan at ipasa ang Basic Education Early Registration Form (Revised as of January 15, 2025) upang makuha ng paaralan ang mahahalagang impormasyon ng mag-aaral. Para sa iba pang detalye at requirements, makipag-ugnayan lamang sa paaralan.

5. Saan makakakuha ng kopya ng Basic Education Early Registration Form na gagamitin sa registration?

Maaaring humingi ang mga magulang o guardian ng kopya ng Basic Education Early Registration Form sa pampublikong paaralan. Ito ay libre sa lahat ng nais magpatala.

6. Mayroon bang cut-off age sa bawat grade level para sa mga magpapatala?

Ang incoming Kindergarten learners lamang ang may cut-off age.

Alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2025, ang general rule ay dapat na limang taong gulang ang bata pagsapit ng October 31.

Habang ang mga batang maglilimang taon pa lamang mula November 1 hanggang December 31 ay maaaring tanggapin sa SY 2026–2027, kung:

• Nakakumpleto ng isang taong Early Childhood Development (ECD) program sa rehistradong Learning Center na may katibayan, o
• Sumailalim sa ECD checklist assessment ng Kindergarten teacher mula enrollment period hanggang sa unang linggo ng school year.

7. Kabilang ba ang mga pampribadong paaralan sa early registration?

Bagamat hindi required, hinihimok ng Kagawaran ang mga pampribadong paaralan na magsagawa ng early registration.
